the oldest SEO Tool, Text Browser

10 June 2008 No Comment

I read so many blogs and seo websites and many of them talking about tools for search engine optimization.

But one of the oldest one and still one of the must do, is the text browser.

A search engine spider is nothing else, sure today they try to understand more, like flash, java script, etc. But seo people do not use fancy stuff, as they try to stay search engine friendly as possible and this is, when a text browser can read all the proper text and links.

So, first step is to check, how a text browser like Lynx see your website!

Plain text, with what google will rank your website and so more spider friendly the website is, so better is google to you.

Just try it and you will see, where are your own mistakes perhaps.

Why get fancy with so many seo tools, as a basic tool is simple as that.

For, on page optimization use a text browser!
